What data we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, and your message, for the sole purpose of replying to you. If you write through the review form, we also collect your company name or role, if you choose to provide it.

For every submission we also store an encrypted, irreversible version of your IP address and your browser identifier. We do not store your IP address in clear text. They are used only to stop automated submissions and form abuse.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, we do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties. This site carries no analytics and no tracking pixels.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For the anti-abuse technical data, our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

  • Contact messages: up to 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
  • Encrypted IP address and browser identifier: 90 days.
  • Server technical logs: 30 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time; we act on it within 30 days.

Where your data is processed

Your data is hosted and processed in the United States. We say so explicitly because it means an international transfer outside the European Economic Area.

  • Hostinger International Ltd. — website and email hosting. The infrastructure serving this domain is located in the United States.
  • Railway Corp. — receiving and storing the messages you send through the form. The database is located in the United States, region us-east-1.

These transfers outside the EEA rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to contact@99w3b.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
